Relax, Yes.

I find myself wondering where my day went because I get so busy.  Feels like there are so many appointments and activities. And so much work.  I know that you feel that way as well. You want to get everything done.  Done on time and done the best way that it can be done.
It is so important to be your best and that includes making time to relax.  This will help you get through that day a little better.
Take it one day at a time.
Relaxation, it helps you to feel calm and to feel good.   And here are a few more benefits
Including relaxation in your day will help slow your heart rate down and lower your blood pressure. It improves digestion and helps you with your blood sugar levels.
It reduces stress hormones, muscle tension and chronic pain.  I enjoy working out and I have two little girls, so this is very helpful to me.
Relaxation improves your sleep quality and it will help lower the fatigue you feel.  The last thing you need is no energy with a large to do list.  Your levels of anger and frustration are greatly reduced. And another important one for me is that it boosts confidence and mood.  I need to feel that I Can do everything that I need to do.  And I want to be happy making the best of my day.
